Conversion in a district HQ. Collector approve cheyala ? Elections ani konni days, epudu collector just changed inka time padthundhi antunnaru

Conversion matter MRO office deal chesthadi anna as far as I know, link documents kuda patta land nundi conversion docs motham Tehsildar office docs, signatures untayi. District collector just reviews all the conversion later on.
