Why women don’t show interest after 40 years? How to make them understand sex is important for stress relief? Now not participating in sex atleast once in 2 or 3 months. Not sure what to do. How many days we can survive with hand satisfaction 🥲. Any advise or do you guys experience same with your partners? How do you manage and deal with this ? Appreciate honest responses please 🙏

 To arouse sexual interest in a woman, you need to make her happy. If you have kids and other stressors in daily life, take a break. Plan for a 5 day holiday or something. Book two rooms for privacy reason. A happy woman generally responds to sexual stimulus when opportunity shows up. Also, don't feel sex as an obligation, try activities to increase physical touch and bonding such as taking shower together, cuddling naked under the same blanket so on in private space.

Kinks help stimulating women too. The easiest one will be to physically touch her in public spaces in a way that she understands your intention but not too obvious. Say, in a Cinema or at a restaurant. This will set her mood and she will be ready by that night or the next. 

If none of these work, then try looking up for her hormone levels and any other issues that she may have and respond accordingly.

Trying everything. I don’t know it is natural for women to Show less interest or loose interest in sex after 40. They say kids are growing now and we have to stop this as we are aging. Not sure how to make them understand sex has no age. Especially women are grown up in a very conservative environment with culture who don’t believe in reading about sex or talk openly, it is very challenging. If women come here for masters they may be fast but women who came on h1b who don’t have more exposure to current trends is the problem. They don’t have openness or learn why sex is important to men and how to please them.

Also how to talk openly on the needs of men for sex if they don’t learn by themselves. Any tips ?

For all your questions - 

Make them understand that you need it, do whatever to make it happen. Get private space, time etc.

Do lots of foreplay, if there's no ok interest even after foreplay  , problem is somewhere else .

They may have dip in interest around menopause, but other than that thinking that after kids you need to stop sex doesn't make sense 

That's why most of desis go to other countries etc and unfortunately some women are okay with that... saying - let them enjoy once in a while.

I have problem with frequency, never about not wanting to have sex so I openly said I need it at least every other day ..

It's not a threat or switch , so I still have to make sure I get it ...

1. Help in kitchen, kids duties 

2. Make her free in the night 

3. Give hints or openly tell we are doing that night. Even if they have low libido , foreplay should should help.

4. Make sure you shower before bed...groom yourself, shave etc especially for BJ.

5. Reasonably fit is important - both you and your wife ..buy sexy lingerie and toys . I've a collection and use them occasionally. 

6. For some a subtle hint that if they don't give you maybe try somewhere outside will help

BJ ? 🤯. Desi women do it ? They use sex toys ? I don’t have any problems in getting erections. I’m active always. They don’t understand men do need sex. No matter how openly express. They should atleast talk to their gynecologist, so doctor can explain. But they don’t do that. Getting frustrated and bored of same day to day activities and life without sex. How to give an indirect hint that I will try outside ? Will it not create problems in the relationship?

#1 I do every day . They are completely occupied with kids activities and preparing them for school and other daily activities and completely ignore. Also kids sleeping with parents all the days in Desi families is one more reason to miss that touch and bonding in the nights. No chance for foreplays or touché on the bed since kids are sleeping on the same bed . So how do you all Handle this ?
