There is another theory for that cofferdam. Submerged villages should have been empties and people should have been relocated which did nit happen, thats why they had to build the cofferdam in such a way with lesser height and bokkalu kuda inundation fears because of flood ani…a bokkala valle next year ki vachina flood ki nakesindi …

yes i know baa but R & R ke budget 33k crores centre kooda help cheyyanu annatundhi R &R ki initially R & R complete avvali antey chaala kastam..ivi avvakunda kooda cheyocchu anukunta given spillway complete avvali and godavari diversion chesi vuntey aa problem vundakapoyedhi anukunta..idhi naa understanding but aa time ki spill way 30-40% ey ayyindhi(total spill+spill channel+access channel and pilot channel) ....
