As per definition in DOJ site this comes under Human trafficking.. Below is the definition.

In the police charge sheet, it is mentioned about Shell companies. I think they are employing these females for something else. Like maintaining or managing accounts of those or something is going on there and they are not paid much and being taken advantage of.
