earlier layoffs once in a year it used to be big event hr blocking all meeting rooms, all the employees anxious for a week etc etc

now its nothing , apud apdu slack lo check chesthe name kanpadadam ledu , there are no more announced lay offs , they are staggering across orgs 

employees used to take advantage of hit and run , now employers turn of use and throw 

most of the it employees are paid well so they need to have savings and severance benefits tappadu we have to adjust around it

it seems at least now h1 layoffs are not that scary as there are work arouinds shifting to b1 back to h1 plus 60 days grabce etc etc not wonderfil plan , but at least work around plan

There will be more brutal and brutal lay offs even economy improves they might spend money on modern ai ml , exteremely compettitive coders gone are the past days. More dev productivityu tools, more developers monitoring tools your checked in prs, your test coverage , your build fails everythgng is moniotred 

your jira/whatever tooling will tell the reports to senior management
