Later next year will probably be fine but few tips below based on my past trips:

• Plan to stay in tourist areas (preferably US based hotels, Marriott / Hilton etc.)
• Petty crime is a lot in Europe compared to USA (pickpocketing, stealing backpack camera etc.)
• There is a bit of racism towards colored people, so please do research beforehand on the areas you will be staying
• Cruises in Europe are fine but more expensive than Caribbean ones
• Rental cars are a hassle in most European cities, plan on traveling with public transports or taxi (except Iceland)
• Iceland is a beautiful country, I would recommend it if you have the budget, its scenic in both winter and summer times, depending on which activities you want
• South America plan to go with a tour guide unless you know basic Spanish
  
  Would also suggest taking into account your kids age, some cities are very nice if you are going as a couple and nightlife, but with kids, they will get bored there. (check for amusement parks, beaches, etc depending on interests)

 

If you have not taken a vacation in India, you can also plan for that, (Agra, Delhi, Jaipur, Kerala, etc.), went earlier this year and it was very nice.

if you are well off now in US, it is time to spend on tourism in india

it will serve 2 purposes

1.giving back to nation where we come from

2. kids will know how beautiful India is, allows cultural affinity to India

gone are those europe used to be great place for tourism, other than denmark, switzerland, iceland, rest of all countries are in deep cream

PARIS - Rental car >> Belgium (Brussels, Bruges) >> Luxemburg >> back to Paris. trip was 2020 Feb. that's where we first witnessed passengers with masks. we say Chinese flights were going through additional security measures. 

Peru - MachuPichu - Miami to Lima > without staying in Lima Flew to Cusco > stay 2 nights >> Machu Pichu 2 nights >> Lima Stay 2 nights. 

Mexico City - 6 days. If you are into Pyramids and history. Awesome food, vibe everything you want.

PANAMA - if you are interested in Panama canal. Good vibe, Good food . 

Columbia - For this tag sucker for better details. 

CANADA - Other than Toronto - QueBec city is must visit place. Plan in mild winter March/April. 

ALASKA - Aug 23 to Aug 31....  First RV trip total 8 members...
