he generally starts his new tweets with a tweet number like T-5789 like that ... yesterday almost all of them do not have it ...

he did added tweet numbers for some of them.  

Not sure what's up with that, but he is so particular about it...once he messed up the sequence and he apologized for it. I don't think he gets that no one cares or even the numbering is actually needed. 
If he ever to delete a post, it's going to be awkward for hiim 😉
