Guys Chase Business credit card open chesina but 6000$ balance use cheyale so I lost 750$ cash back. And that offer exceeded as it's been more than 6months.

No, Done is done. Get a new Chase Ink Card. Is it your first Biz card ?

Yes, if you are citizen or on EAD. One can get Biz cards under sole prop using social.

It happens. Always target to complete MSR 15 days earlier. Chase Ink Pref is going to have 120K SUB + 40K referral if you have P2/Friend. Get that when it is available
