Every job same. they expect special privileges. That's fine, considering their natural  disadvantages. With that special treatment, If they work as good as others, that's ok, but they don't want to. Most get the financial security from their partner and the job they do is to either to kill their boredom or for show off. That said, I agree, there are many girls, who are outliers.
