Motivated sellers doing price reductions.. every other week..

expect at least 15-20% correction by end of the year..

But 3% is now into History. US wont see these rates again. System already adjusted to this new rates. it is just time pass talk for Fed about this. Mortgage rates max it can go down to 5%
