Urgent: Travel to USA with passport expiring soon

Hi, my passport is expiring in 4 months. Am i good to travel to usa from Hyderabad? I have a h1b visa stamped until sep 2026. I would like to renew once i enter usa.

 

please any inputs are appreciated?

i94 will expire in 4 months. You need to come here, and renew your passport. Then go out of the country to Mexico and come back.

may be fluke or something has changed,..

na passport expires in 9 months... recently came... but POE lo i94 gave until 2026 based on visa

Check i94 online to make sure it's not a mistake.

+1 standard rule for most of countries. 6 month above and below unte okala 

You case is 6 month above.

Let’s wait for others to reply but afaik, you need atleast 6 months validity on passport to come back.. some people got problems at Indian airports.. India immigration people may stop you. If you have time, apply for tatkal in India and come back with both passports. Check for similar posts in sos global Indians FB group or post there to get some more experiences. Good luck

either renew in tatkal here in usa before going.. hardly 3-4 days lo vasthadhi

or

 do it in india.. give money to broker ..2-3 days lo vasthahi.. india lo cost kuda cheap....3k instead of 300 dollars here for tatkal
