Don't think so bro AFAIk padmounted ante box lo metal sheet covering, as long as that is normal size like 3 X3X3 FT CUBE 

Unless it is blocking the entrance or obstructing the elevation of home just my Thought I may be wrong , congratulations and good luck

I had a similar situation recently, and one thing that really helped me during the house inspection phase was having some kind of checklist. Check out https://itptemplates.com/inspection-and-test-plan-for-electrical-works/ — it’s super helpful to make sure no electrical work gets missed or done poorly. I handed it over to my inspector and made sure they covered everything on that list.
