Both are ways to retain the party. As a politician, KCR spread the most hatred by directly passing derogatory statements on a whole state. In a way, Modi is better than KCR because even though he makes fun of Pakistan, he doesn't criticize people as a whole. KCR used this hatred to win elections which is the worst form of politics in my opinion.
