Maa NJ lo still biddings happening.. maa community lo $780K ki townhome sold.. Listed price was $770K.. Last yr $700K was max sold price..

Wife asking to explore dallas.. NJ only weekends ee people bayata kanipistaru due to long NYC commutes

last 30 days lo 294 properties list ayayi.. out of them only 61 properties have offers.. which is actually peak selling time.

imagine how the market will turn around in August through Next Summer.. Price reductions crazy ga untai chudu.
