N400 naturalization process lo India lo criminal cases verify chestara ?

Green card ki aite India lo police verification chestaru .. US citizenship ki malli poilce verification chetara ?

Any case proceedings will not affect any of these clearances, unless convicted.

So aa cases petti money demand chestunna vallu telusukovali......it wont impact any of his proceedings.
