Buying a house is for living and raising a family in it. Priceless. Bigger priority. Investment comes next once you’re basic needs are fulfilled.

I did lot of research on this.

India lo land ante when you sell it you will get mostly in black. Taxes katti , conversion chesi malli US ki teste not much returns.

Here is the scenario. Over the next 10-15 years, If you still plan to continue having your roots in India, visit quite often, maintain relations with near and dear in India, then it makes sense to plan some investments in India too. It will pay off over a period of time.
