Yes, if they dont have ssn you can call insurance provider and add them and assign a percentage

Yes I added some percentage on parents name and they said irrespective of where they are they get their share.

Insured guy pothe parents vomerica bank account opening, tax implications, international transfer stuff need to handle by someone but insurance guys will give their share.

No court needed. If you mention parents as beneficiary they get their share. Only for 401k spouse will have absolute rights not for insurance.

Court process only if you dont have will and if you dont identify your beneficiaries.

You can. Dani badulu oka Estate plan chey .. You define the hierarchy of how the assets will be distributed. Add all the assets you have to it. Any new accounts -> Create with an estate rather than an individual. Easy peesy. 

If you need to make changes, you only need to make changes to Estate.
