Did you get arrested or your passport was taken away by indian court ??

Pending 498A cases ki recent ga supreme court allow chesindi kada foreign travel and all.

Women misuing the laws and mother in law are danger. wife expect husband to support her family and ignore husband family very cruel. And supreme courts made changes to these laws and women who file false cases on husband will go to Jail .

No arrested and passport was not taken by Indian court. Travelled to usa and case filed in India.

I do not think India govt will not reject your Passport application based on it..

Ask him to go back and get bail in the case. Bail should be given as per new rules.

No one will take passport, it is not legal to take passport anymore.

Ask him to keep attending cases in courts as per needs.

If he absconds the cases, that is when the trouble starts and complications over time like you are asking GC, VISA, Passport Renewal, Blue corner notice etc.
