Yes, identity theft with fake GC's, Passports 6-8 years back used to be very rare. Some daring foolish OPT candidates used to do it. Mestri koda koncham bhaya pade varu.

2020-2022 lo Green Cards ravatam mulana baddi kottulu lekka consultancies open ayyayi. Everyone is a mestri now and to place candidates ivi anni common ayyayi. Also, quality of candidates coming koda baga worst ayyi poindi. JNTU fake pette candidate ki this is nothing kada. So all that led to increase in these. 

10 year resume almost almost 20 years ninchi undi but fake govt id's is something new and now the scale is massive. Like mundu 10k mandi fake resume aiyte uppudu 1-2 lakhs ppl.

many big vendors also know this and they are asking for 797, dl, gc card including sometimes asking to show those docs on a video call.

A guy joined as contractor to our customer. When he is speaking in a call I easily recognized that he is my ex-collegue working with a different indentity. I searched the identity he is using and found that he is owner of consultancy.
