If he improves his pace by 6-7 kph he could be a genuine all rounder.

He a hybrid t20 player ,he can play unorthodox shots when required.

I am also not sure about having 2 spinners and only 3 pacers. If one of the pacers is out of form then it's very difficult.

There is no other pace all rounder.

Nitish has gotten some wickets so it's not like he is completely useless in bowling
