next decade saripada talent pool undhi india ki. Its a great opportunity for all the players  and BCCI to adopt accordingly and play selective formats representing india. I personally feel, BCCI management not utilizing this pool of talent over some time.

simple logic: Meeku ee format lo continuous chances istham anedaniki asalu chance untado ledo anedaniki intha mandi players undaga, players will definitely accept kadha

okappudu india ki aadithene money, ippudu ranjis kuda manchi gaane pay chestunaru and if they play well IPL is a boost.
