Pulkha' s saying Majority of the dam was constucted during CBN period including the Rehabilitation and Settlement Package despite Jaggad promising them a better package when he comes to power.

What happened to the 6.5K crores during Jaggad period .. He should have completed at least Main canal works right. Why he did not allowed people to go near Polavaram itself.. ?
