forget about vizag development for next 5 yrs. full concentration on amaravathi...entha real estate biz cheyyalanna ee 5 yrs lone.

even vizag ppl prefer it that way...

vizag develop kakapodaniki vizag vaale kaaranam...they want a laid back retirement community. youth will anyway move to bigger metropolis.

traffic wise. number of cars have increased leading to congestion. add share autos to the mix and its congested at all key junctions.
