GC-EAD doubt. Help pls.

Hello Everyone.
naaku gc-ead dec 2022 lo vachindi. but nenu inka h1b lo continue avthunna. 
1) EAD use cheyakapothey.. extension ki emaina problem vasthada?
2) General ga - mana status H1B or EAD anedhi ela thelusthundi? nenu out of country vellaledhu.
3) current employer tho EAD status meedha work cheyala for 6 months before moving?
or ead vachi 1.5 years ayyindi, so am i free to take full-time on h1b transfer through client without impacting ead status?
4) extension apply chesaka with old employer .. can i switch to new employer(full-time) while processing?

2) General ga - mana status H1B or EAD anedhi ela thelusthundi? nenu out of country vellaledhu. My understanding is H1B if it is active. Honestly if you have both, its hard to tell what you are on as per my lawyer.
3) current employer tho EAD status meedha work cheyala for 6 months before moving? NO

EAD is individual document, not an employer sponsored document. 

If you decide to maintain H1B (which i recommend) you can continue extending EAD without any issues.

1) No problem. You can renew EAD as long as there is a pending 485 or chose not to renew, let it expire and apply later at any point before 485 approval.

2) Check i94 from CBP website. if it says expired, check H1B petition. it should have you on H1B status. Pending 485 itself is a status even without EAD. Just cannot work if there is no valid H1 or EAD.

3) Not required, but AC21 kavalante 485 should be pending for more than 180 days from receipt date. No other requirement. Not required to be in EAD. Again, no such thing as EAD status...Pending 485 will grant you authorization to stay. Change jobs either using EAD or H1 transfer, doesn't matter.

4) Which extension? Both H1 and EAD case, yes you can since you have a valid authorization in place at the time of switching.
