No calls nothing she wants to go for w2 and resume is not real but because of background check and ***** issues how can she solve with w2

His question is If some one wants to move to IT apply with no experience. Why fake?

What’s her credentials/educational background? Getting entry into IT seems getting tougher for now especially with AI and lots of”qualified” people awaiting for the chance.

@JerseyBidda she tried for technical  customer service jobs as a beginner for 3 to 5 months by self  and applied atleast 200 to 300 jobs ..but got response few calls 

These local jobs need to compete with locals so obviously they prefer local accent people

We can not wait forever so need to look other alternatives
