Kompally...... One of my uncle bought it 14 years ago for 2.75 cr or something........ now its 15 crores...... Community maintainance and security is top notch. People just pay it for the community brand name and neighbours. I'm not kidding Everyone in this community min 50 crores networth to 1000 crs untadi. 

Once you cross this community gate everything is middle class..... Aparna is a much bigger brand in Hyd than Myhome and Raiapushpa.
