Every 401k Vendor give a list of Funds you can invest in .. check whats available. There should be some bonds in the list. See the last 1 yr performance and invest accordingly.

Generally Bonds pump when interest rates r low.. Rate cuts should pump them..

Will slowly them move back to stocks whenever they crash in 6 - 12 months

SPYI - Looks good. Typical Covered Calls option income ETF. Yield is good. Dollar cost average is the best strategy for these.

SPYD - Good portfolio or dividend yielding stocks. Buy in market correction or Dollar cost Average.

Energy stocks looking good. Almost all of them 52 week lows. Or may be a Energy fund.
