Fyi, I am staying away from Tech unless its super undervalued.

Main reason being that the moat has weakened. AI can write code much faster and companies dont need 1000s of programmers to create an interface.

This would limit growth overseas. For example, its very easy now for India to catch up and create their own mag 7s.

And AI will become a commodity as well. Initially chatgpt was a revelation. Now more and more companies are coming up with their own AI.

I am also not interested in low margin businesses like car companies. Autonomous driving would lead to reduced production and there would be AI factories with design centers where we can make our own designs if at all we need one.

Hype cycle is going on right now. Nvidia has 78% margins. In future it would drop down to 2-5%. Cost of production should also reduce. Thats when AI will become a commodity.
