Need help with submitting OKRs in my job. Already submitted some but rejected... Need help urgently.... if anyone submitted in their jobs... please reply!!!

mee job function batti, organzination goals batti kada OKR decide ayyedi. i don't think anyone can help without that context. also why were your okr's rejected? did you discuss with your manager,skip about what they want

he wants it to be more individual rather than depending on whole team.

 

reduce time of Pull requests approvals

90% of sprint completion with no rollover, writing user stories.... bla bla...

pr create chesina approval time mee chetulo vundadu kada - depending on complexity, other priorities of the approver etc.
no rollover ante - that also depends 

naa work place lo the okr were for teams, not individuals.  
ex.
we will move these systems from vm to dockerized environment in test,stag,prod etc
unit test coverage of 80% of certain projects
integration tests need to be run before deployment to higher environment 

my suggestion is to work with your manager and set some achievable okr's , some ambitious ones - define things you can control - so you can hit some okr's , even if you miss some. 

also not familiar with how faang or unicorns may define okr's. evaranna dbers vunte they can chime in.
