NABARD amount is for Polavaram. UCs submit chesukuntu undali. 15K gurunchi multilaterial agencies ani clear ga parliment lo cheppindhi. Aa multilateral agencies ante article 293 clause 1,2,3 prakaram ani GV cheppedhi.
