No issues Baa.....She can come on F-2 ( dependent of a student) provided you have necessary income and your W2 must reveal that when you go to stamping (or you have to prove by some other means) . OPT lo india vellatam risk ane opinion chala tappu. Its bit risky when you are close to completing your OPT. If you have more than 6-8 months of OPT, its safer than  H1.

You can bring here ur wife on F2,  Get dependent I-20 from Univ by showing Financial support and have her attend Visa interview with Dependent I-20 , ur F1 visa supportive docs(Paystubs as u r on OPT) & and ofcourse marriafe certifi, that's it....Its damn sure visa...i've seen many people. Once she is here u can always changer her status to F1 or H1. all the best.
