Invested in 2018, Vizag is humid and not as hot as VJA.

No one expected Jagga will destroy. We can't do anything..its just a risk like in any other financial investment.

yes Anna, manam helpless complete gaa , mana chetilo emi ledu..

i agree 100% but due to 5 year time lost and also opportunity to invest some where else which would have given x return.

I do not want to commit any new amount. Will wait & watch.

Also after all freebies, and cost escalation due to time lost will play significant blockers for development on same scale as 2014.
