Madhavan has bought a swanky new flat in the plush BKC area of Mumbai for a whopping 18 crores.

 

The flat is 4182 square feet in size and has two car parking. Along with this Mumbai flat, Madhavan already owns a 15 crores bungalow in Chennai and a flat in Dubai as well.
