This one looks like in the Saddleback section. Homes are cheaper there. Recently a friend got it there for 495K for a 3111 sft. Size. Pulte builder.

It is cheap only considering how the rates were here just a year ago. The same sized home went for 700 a year ago. Also that HEB area is growing big time commercially with several fast food places, Hone Depot and Future Walmart coming up. Next 10 years will make that Santa Rita Ranch area a prime spot to settle down. Exactly in 2015, I missed an opportunity to buy 15 acres of land in the HEB area for 25,000 per acre. Today it’s 1 million per acre almost.

SantaRita area will develop into a pretty good area in future, lot of people have commented with out even visiting that community, db sangathi telisindhe ga, quick to judge

Indian grocers and HEB are very close by but for other things are a bit far away from Austin city so remote vallaki best with peace and quiet

Pulte homes high ceiling undadu but don't get the hate , they are good, affordable and spacious

Austin outskirts lo around 500k-550k ki 3k+ sq ft vastunna few communities lo idhi undi

Ronald Regan meedha unde konni communities ki deeniki literally < 8 mins in commute but Liberty hill ane sariki people feel its too far away
