Parents visa ext q

10 year visa aipotandi, some guidance needed. please suggest 

1. Visa aipoye time ki Us lo unte, visa extension cheyyacha ikkada nundi? 

2. They stayed for a year here in the past, 539 apply chesi. Idi overstay laaga consider avutunda? 
3. Current visa expire ayye 6 months lope stamping ki ellala? Or can they go even before 6 months.
