GC EAD and AP processing times

I applied for GC EAD and AP renewal back in November 2023. It’s now almost August 2024, and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve heard from other friends who received their GC EAD in just two weeks, though they are still waiting on AP approval.

Both my case and my friends’ cases were processed at the Texas Service Center.

Questions:

1. Is anyone else in the same situation, waiting this long for GC EAD/AP renewal?

2. Has anyone successfully raised a request or ticket with USCIS and obtained approvals? Based on my receipt date, I can raise a request in about two more weeks.

I appreciate any responses.

EAD came in 2 weeks 2023

AP came in June  2024

na brother applied in nov 2023 , got his renewed EAD and AP combo last week...!!

yes 5 years both, AP is also 5 years from approved date, I thought lost 1 year in processing itself
