This supposedly should help Madigas as most of the reserved positions within SC quota in political and beaurocrat spaces are taken away by Malas, with in the context of Andhra and Telangana.  But this is the most simplistic view of the issue. Greater issue is to create as a phase out approach of the beneficiaries so that less opportunistic would use them. My take will be to restrict use of reservation to two generations if either of the beneficiaries that are parents or the child are gazetted officers , judges or politicians and one more generation extra of they're not.

Creamy layer in SC reservations identify cheyyaali.. the real people in need should benefit from reservations.. I have seen both sides of reservations.. 

One of my closest friend in college got admission through reservation.. studied in govt hostels in school.. his parents used to do very small jobs.. he studied well and worked hard within his limitations.. we all used to help him understand the concepts.. it wasn’t easy for him.. but he did well and is doing very good now.. lifted his whole family and extended family out of poverty.. I feel very proud of him! 

At the same time, my father’s boss’s kids didn’t study well.. they were dumb as a rock (I used to tutor them in their failed subjects in inter) though they got all the facilities and luxuries from their father.. failed in school, college.. but somehow managed to get a degree after few years and landed in govt jobs.. unbelievable 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Creamy layer doesn't work. It didn't work for OBC quota. Fraud will only become rampant. Best is to have generational limit. No more than 2 generations is far more practical as you can't cheat your way through it.

For govt jobs, they should be able to check whether their parents have used it or not.. especially in the higher grade jobs.. business people - some of them who are not eligible may get the benefits just like in OBC.. that’s fine as long as it helps other people..

Reservation system will neva go away and we all should go away from this country and most of them are leaving for this reason only for whom reservation is not available
