Punjab law was invalidated based on AP highcourt judgement. Punjab went to supreme court challenging punjab high court decision. 

AP govt did not have any role ra saami.

Then AP High Court Struck down

Then Punjab high Court quoted this judgement and struck down the implementation in Punjab

Judgement ki CBN ki sambandam ledhu....But idea of Sub categorization started in AP with CBN...

Adhera chepthundhi punjab highcourt gave judgement based on AP highcourt judgement and punjab appealed in supreme court. Endulo AP govt or CBN role endhi vayya ?

Infact supreme court did upheld validility of Punjab and TN sub category law not AP law.
