Even if you assume that rest of vizag is poor ,what about chennai? Does krishna have more GDP than chennai?

Krishna is the most fertile district along with East godavari. They grow paddy.

The data considers 33 districts of tg and 13 of ap .  Tg interior districts are far prosperous than any ap district . Adilabad is prosperous than east godavari . Rangareddy is one of  the richest district .

GDP Per capita for each district will give a better picture than GDP for each district
