A friend of mine is on H1B and has full time with company A. They have been working a second job since the past 2 years(no concurrent H1B). 10 months ago they got concurrent H1B to make it legal. They went to India for stamping 10 days ago and some how they were questioned about their second job. Appointment was drop off but was called for interview. They disclosed about the concurrent H1B and there is no status on the file. Friend is super scared and looking for options.
