FT elte go with Fidelity or stay with desi mestri and ask for C2C. Project end aiyte KForce will look for 2-3 weeks for new project and h1b revoke. KForce emi pedda company koda kadu like deloitte, cognizant who have multiple clients so they can fit you somewhere if the project is over.

One of my friend had a very bad experience with Kforce. As per him, they said it’s a long term project, fidelity I guess could’nt recollect now, some position in New Hampshire. But one day all of a sudden project terminated without prior notice like a month or at least 2 weeks. He thought Kforce will get him some other project but that’s not the case as even though they tried, a lot of people were on bench/on job search even on Kforce side, so finally his H1B got revoked. I would say try to convert it to C2C if possible just to be on safe side, mesthri gadu 20% cut minguthadu I know but at least some assurance will be there, at least in a market which is so bad, if I were you, I would prefer little assurance over that 20% pay cut, but at the end of the day, it’s up to you as Akhil ayyagaru once said “life lo risk lenidey dorikedi rusk mathramey”
