Which tech is easy to get second job ?

Currently full time, non IT, remote, have GC.

Want to do second job in IT to avoid conflict of interest. Which tech is easy to get second job ?
 

Have hands on experience with C++(Basic), C# (intermediate proficiency), Python (good proficiency), SQL (Basic) . Currently using above programming for my non IT job
