అమరావతి కి కూడా Nusantara గతి పడుతుందా ?

Nusantara is the future capital of Indonesia, scheduled to be inaugurated on 17 August 2024, coinciding with Indonesian Independence Day.
Nusantara will replace Jakarta as the national capital.

Construction began in July 2022, starting with land clearing and the construction of access roads.The initial phase, known as the 'Government Central Area zone', will comprise government offices, schools, and hospitals.

The project is estimated to be worth Rp 523 trillion (US$35 billion) and will be finished in 5 phases

Financial problems

In March 2022, the Japanese SoftBank Group withdrew from the project because of uncertainty about returns. 
According to Indonesian Maritime Affairs and Investment Coordinating Minister Luhut Panjaitan, the investment would have totalled U$30–40 billion. 
This was a setback as the Indonesian government had planned to supply only 19.2% of the project funding from state funds, with the balance coming from domestic and foreign investors.

In November 2023, Jokowi admitted that not a single foreign investor had put money into Nusantara.

population agreed but indonesia new capital problem is lack of foreign investment !!  

Already looks like few proposed smart cities/capitals are in pending list around the world...so world bank ayina asian banks ayina loans ichhe tappudu returns chusukuntaaru and not sure how much amaravati project can grab loans...

IIT-Madras and Hyderabad experts to inspect constructions in Amaravati

Experts from IIT-Madras and IIT-Hyderabad will visit Amaravati on August 2 (Friday) and 3 (Saturday) to assess the conditions of the government buildings, whose construction works were stopped midway.

The State government has asked the IIT-Madras and IIT-Hyderabad teams to study the technical issues relating buildings in Amaravati. While works on some buildings were stopped midway, few others were stopped at the foundation level. Two experts each from IIT-Madras and IIT-Hyderabad would inspect the constructions and submit their reports.

mangalagiri tadepalli corporation has more populas than kadapa as per 2011 population 

Greater Vijayawada next to greater vizag 

guntur is bigger than warangal tricities 

all population is more than 40 lakhs 

 

nussantra will have growth once started

Nusantara is supposed future capital of Indonesia.. so you cannot restrict it to 5k even if its in today's terms...

I am only concerned with financial implications of amaravati project.... anta loan meeda vachhina dabbulatoo kattadam and with additional interest to be paid to the banks,  also our CBN promised additional interest to the farmers as well for the next 5yrs !

Unless things move quickly from central govt there can be hardly any visible progress to be seen on the ground...

Also 15k is no where sufficient for the massive grand gala capital proposed by our CBN..

This month 15th nunchi free buses for women anta add that bokka also to the existing khajana...  

already 4k pension bharam vundi on top of head..

This govt should not forget rest of A.P infrastructure also to be improvemend be it roads and other issues...

Bussantra will be bigger city like hyd by 2100 because java has so many issues jakarta is submerged with ocean

Thats after 75yrs !!!   Current problem for Nusantara is not a single foreign investor had put money into the project even though project started 2yrs ago !

This is where similarity lies for amaravati... lack of proper funding and no foreign investors interested in amaravati project.

Keep land rates on earth for investments to come ... 

Dont go overboard on land prices .. they have to be 1/6 of land prices in hyd. You cannot compare infrastructure. Need to attract businesses.
