I talked to a few people in hyderabad. Basically working class. They are not happy with Revant. When asked for reason, they say no development. 

Revant has to change his style and work on getting proper investments.

Only silver lining is Real estate is lagging. Hopefully prices reduce and normal people can buy.

Revanth is a big disappointment so far. He will hardly sustain until next elections with chillar politics from those old congress dogs. After that he will lose badly.

You are right except the last line.

real estate lagging is not silver line. Telanagana lo significant number of people depend on real estate and if it’s lagging then it’s a major debba to revanth and he or congress cannot come back for good again in tg if this golden opportunity is wasted

Two sides of the coin .. people who are into real estate are closing shops everywhere .. No activity at all causing development to lag ... Its bad from their perspective

But people who are in market to buy homes are happy and hoping prices to decrease. Prices have artificially gone up last few years and with out proper infrastructure are highest after mumbai ...

Some of the working class people are unhappy because of power cuts 

And his initial statements on scrapping Pharma city and changing metro plan went bad with the real estate folks.

He is trying to control the damage by highlighting about building a new city . Let's see what investments will he he grab from this tour

Mostly settlers or Andhra people are waiting for prices to come down as they missed the bus. None of telangana local people wants re to go down as either they own the lands or into real estate

Most of the people doing RE in and around hyd are still andhra people. They are not happy with RE slump. Even in assembly elections they voted for BRS.

i do not know what core Telangana is thinking abt Revant, but people in RE irrespective of Telangana or andhra are not happy.

Initially farmers were little bit unhappy about rythu bandhu delay. But with crop loan waiver at the correct time of peak farming season farmers are pretty much happy now.

In districts file movement completely halted due to frequent transfers and hitting real estate a lot.

Looks he didnot have any control on the adminstration yet.
