Jan lo Dallas ki business trip vella, chudham ani return tickets Houston ki pettukunna, 2 days spent in houston, college friend staying single in sharing. Saali bagane undhi Jan lo that too in Houston(south of Tx). It works for him, family , kids studying in India, Tx weather ki, aa place ki em activities undav kabatti it worked for him. No state tax and a bit low cost of living compared to North-east.

TX is dry, but manollani beer, biryani,beware batch okay unte chaalu.... basically people who have no interest to explore, assimilate with local culture, not interested to try new things like to live in Dallaspuram....

well if you narrow it down...thats how it is. 

but when you have family and kids...there are other things that come into picture. some things that ppl consider - 

1.  decent enough house in a good neighborhood

2. good school districts

3. less crime and violence

4. social life for kids and spouses.

5. accessibility to stuff - classical dance classes , good food 

6. relatives or family members

 

there will be ppl who will sacrifice stuff for above.
