This is more of a wilful castration. West has in the worst form. Those that moved to West on "visas" more or less screened for the compliance trait, so stay the same. Their offsprings turn out to be more meeker ones. 

I doubt how many second Gen desi male kids even fight in schools as we(atleast many) did in India.

Same as me. I studied hard, worked hard and earning. But kids situation will be different. May be not silver spoon, but not a difficult situation for them. No hardships.

The solution is already on cards. WEF has put forward "universal basic income" for that. Unfortunately, that makes them more weak.

They will have money made by their parents. AI is not taking all jobs. Jobs will still be there. If they don’t get jobs it’s def hardship for them
