Referral gets you to the interview to the max but in some cases interview easy. Otherwise you have to prove your skills like anyone else

I got an interview twice because of reference and was able to convert both times. All you will get is recruiter calls only after that its in ur hands

it happened to me once but couldn't go because of other commitments. Interview lasted for 2-3 minutes.
