Women are mostly helpless in majority of the cases unlike men. A lot of women come to USA without financial support and they pay away dowry to men. They get little financially help from parents to fight legally . 

This is the scenario where women continue to suffer..but men if given the same situation, they can at least financially support their legal fee

I said same , It’s very rare atleast outside of India . But for men it’s same all over the world
