just wondering how can we expect India to have such infra. also parliament building flooding situation chusaka we have to rethink designing our infra wrt to these kinda weather events that's happening with climate change. monna monsoon rains ki maa intlo kuda water seepage ayindi thru walls which was not. can we draw parallels wrt to weather events or its our shitty attitude in government spending that we get sub standard infra aka failure of govt to have

Problem is with the Plannin Bro.. when you want are planning a big construction people are always thinking about how big the rooms should be and how many floors etc.. but every one forgets abut small things like if the building is big then where would be water going does the canal's need widening or not..
