Communities - Douglas County, Cherry Creek ISD.

USP - Beautiful areas & plenty of activities to do for fun.

Home prices - 600k+

Texas

frisco isd - 2500SQ Ft - 750K new, 3750 SqFt $690k.

prosper isd - 2600sqft - $540k

wyile isd - 3500 Sqft - 800k. Better schools.

coppell isd - 2800 Sqft - 700k. 

allen/plano/melissa isd

dallas

California - Bay Area (East)

SanRamon, Pleasanton, Dublin (only East), Danville - Excellent school districts. 2000 Sq FT - $1.5M 

Mountain House, Brentwood (Another 20m away), Tracy Hills - 2500 SQ Ft - 800-900k. MH has excellent schools. Rest are fine. 

Georgia

Alpharetta, GA

Cumming, GA

Johns Creek, GA

Kennesaw - Cobb county school district - 2000Sq FT $500k. Harrison high School, Kennesaw high School

Powder Springs, GA - Hillgrove high School. 3000 Sq Ft $400k.

Austin

North Austin -> Cedapark ISD (Not much new construction, old homes), Leander ISD (only few schools are good), RoundRock ISD

 

South West Austin: Lake Travis ISD and Dripping Springs ISD

GA, TX, Fl or VA la choodu. Short list chesinanka areavibes.com and lexus nexus la reports chusko, crime, school ratings, best schools etc .

Douglas County, Cherry creek ISD  in Denver metro. Home price starts from 600k

Andukega ikkada adiga. People who are living in those cities can post good communities and whether livable or not.
